Under general direction, serves as a Senior Analyst for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) supporting the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) performing highly complex technical and advisory functions in the development and administration of web-based SharePoint solutions from project definition to successful implementation

Leads cross-functional teams on highly complex projects, independently driving the collection and analysis of user requirements to inform strategic solution development

Keeps abreast of new developments in the web technology field by continuing education through online training platforms, meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures

Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above

Minimum Qualifications

Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields

Requires three (3) years of professional experience in application services or a related Information Technology field

Specialized Skills Preferred Qualifications

Three (3) years of professional experience performing highly complex technical and advisory functions in the development and administration of web-based Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft SharePoint solutions from project definition to successful implementation

Three (3) years of professional experience serving in a team leadership capacity, leading efforts to gather user requirements, perform detailed systems analysis, develop specifications for Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft SharePoint solutions

Three (3) years of professional experience providing technical guidance to other team members in the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft SharePoint solutions

Three (3) years of professional experience developing Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft SharePoint sites
