Overview We believe waste is more than management, it’s also an opportunity to innovate. As part of our Waste sector, you’ll help shape solid waste infrastructure and environmental stewardship. With a top‑tier industry ranking, our team delivers comprehensive solutions that span waste planning, remediation, engineering and implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and communities to design sustainable, cost‑effective systems that contribute to cleaner environments and healthier communities. Responsibilities

Complete site evaluations, soil reports, grading plans, design details, landfill gas, sediment soil and groundwater sampling, geologic logging of borings, storm water modeling, and conduct engineering analysis and calculations for permitting, permit compliance, solid waste and environmental feasibility studies, prepare reports, construction drawings and specifications, and construction management.

Complete groundwater sampling including coordination with laboratories, data analysis, and reporting.

Prepare environmental permit documents on behalf of clients for regulatory agency compliance, coordinate and complete permitting projects.

Work with applicable regulators on environmental compliance.

Perform site visits and prepare documents for public and private clients for a broad range of environmental compliance issues.

Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage.

Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.

Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects.

Work independently on small projects and as part of larger project teams to assist senior personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

1 year general civil/environmental experience with an emphasis on environmental compliance, design, permitting, and construction.

Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.

Prior experience with field work and environmental regulations is a plus.

Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation is a plus.

Preference given to local candidates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or closely related engineering field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
