Information Technology Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to oversee the operational and administrative aspects of a federally funded safety and data coordination initiative. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with grant requirements, managing reporting and documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving project timelines to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage day?to?day operations and administrative functions related to the grant and associated projects. Ensure full compliance with all grant requirements, cost principles, audit standards, and relevant federal mandates including civil rights, cybersecurity, and program evaluation. Prepare, submit, and track quarterly grant claims and maintain up?to?date project status reports. Gather and document business requirements for project initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee project delivery timelines and coordinate activities across technical, operational, and research teams. Partner with subject matter experts, law enforcement agencies, contractors, academic institutions, and IT development teams to ensure successful execution of project deliverables. Support initiatives related to crash data modernization, including system updates, data quality management, integration of AI?driven tools, and enhanced reporting capabilities. Contribute to the development of online training materials and educational resources for end users.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). 35 years of experience in project coordination, grant management, or program administration. Strong understanding of compliance requirements for federally funded programs. Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Experience coordinating across technical and non?technical teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data tracking systems. Familiarity with data reporting systems, AI applications, or public safety initiatives is a plus.
