JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that meets company standards. You must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Navigate within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.
Read maps and locate customer addresses.
Deliver pizzas and promotional materials efficiently.
Deliver product by car and return to the store when finished.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
TRAINING Orientation and training are provided on the job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Comprehend and give written instructions correctly.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers over phone and in person.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS
Basic arithmetic and accuracy; calculator usage allowed.
Make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication for orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid and accurate movements.
Operate computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
Navigate addresses within the delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
WORK CONDITIONS EXPOSURE TO
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing outdoor tasks.
Store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
Food odor fumes and cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Adverse weather during delivery activities.
SENSING
Telephone communication and necessary hearing.
Near and mid‑range vision for store tasks.
Depth perception.
Differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Far and night vision for driving.
TEMPERAMENTS The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and driving operations as described below:
Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position on various surfaces.
Walking: Short distances for short durations, including between store and vehicle.
Sitting: Paperwork completed at an office desk or table.
Lifting: Bulk product deliveries of up to 50 pounds, unloading with a hand truck; cases stacked up to 72 inches high.
Carrying: Items ranging 3 lbs to 30 lbs including pizza dough trays (~12 lbs each).
Pushing: Trays on dollies (~24‑30 inches, force up to seven and a half pounds). Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing: Occasional vertical navigation—stairs or ladder—for maintenance and other duties; could involve five or more flights during delivery.
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at pizza assembly station and front counter; repeated throughout the day.
Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching: Above 72 inches, downward, and forward; tasks like turning oven controls, changing signs, scooping cornmeal, handling toppings, cleaning, and phone handling.
Driving: Deliver pizzas within the designated area, multiple deliveries per shift; must operate an insured vehicle.
