Pre-Litigation Paralegal
to join their team.
Location:
Fully onsite in Charlotte, NC
Salary:
$65,000–$70,000 annually
Experience:
3–5 years in plaintiff personal injury law
Caseload:
Manage 200–250 active files
Key Responsibilities
Organize and review medical records and billing
Obtain and manage liens (ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid)
Prepare demand packages and confirm account balances
Request reductions and follow up with providers and insurers
Communicate professionally with clients, medical offices, and insurance companies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent phone communication and client service abilities
