About Us Our Manhattan-based plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our growing team. We represent injured patients and their families in complex, high-stakes medical negligence cases, and we are committed to delivering exceptional advocacy, compassionate counsel, and meaningful results.

Position Overview The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience litigating medical malpractice. You will take an active role in all stages of case development: client meetings, medical record review, expert coordination, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing)

2-7 years of experience in plaintiff medical malpractice (defense applicants welcome)

Excellent communication and client‑management skills

Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

Prior trial experience or significant deposition and motion practice

Experience working directly with medical experts and evaluating liability/causation issues
