Litigation Paralegal A top law firm is seeking an experienced
Litigation Paralegal
to support attorneys through all stages of complex cases. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced with an annual billable requirement.
What You’ll Do Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and assist with e‑filings. Organize documents and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trial. Summarize depositions and maintain case databases. Assist with discovery, including document review, keyword searches, Bates labeling, and redactions. Conduct legal research and gather case‑related records. Manage case calendars and deadlines. Support attorneys during hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of litigation experience; trial prep required. Strong writing, organization, and communication skills. Experience with e‑filing, legal research tools, and document management systems. Ability to juggle multiple cases and work overtime when needed.
