The Office of the Public Defender 7th Judicial Circuit, is seeking an attorney for a position located in the 7th Judicial Circuit of Florida to include Volusia, Flagler, Putnam and St. Johns County.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibility of assistant public defenders is to provide effective and professional representation to people charged with criminal offenses.

QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar or have either passed or recently sat for the Florida Bar Exam and have cleared Character and Fitness.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Juris Doctorate
