We are expanding our inside sales team and seeking motivated

Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

— ideally bilingual — who want to launch a long-term, high-earning career in tech sales.

This is an

entry-level role

with a proven growth path for high performers.

Career Growth Path BDR → Senior BDR / SDR / ADR → Account Executive (AE)

Typical timeline for strong performers:

12–18 months

You will receive structured training, hands-on coaching, and clear KPIs to help you progress.

What You’ll Do You will be the first point of contact for merchants evaluating SuperSonic POS. Your job is to drive outbound pipeline and generate qualified sales meetings.

Daily responsibilities include:

Make

100+ daily outreach activities

(calls, texts, emails, social touches)

Conduct discovery calls to identify fit and pain points

Educate prospects on our all-in-one POS and payments offering

Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives

Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene

Master outbound tactics: objection handling, pitch control, and tonality

Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversions

What You Need to Succeed

Strong drive to become a

full-cycle Account Executive

Competitive mentality and a “no-excuses” approach

Willingness to make high-volume outbound calls daily

Ability to handle rejection professionally and keep moving

Excellent communication and listening skills

Strong organization and time-management abilities

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

(Most of our merchants are bilingual — this is a real differentiator.)

Nice to Have

Prior sales experience (inbound/outbound)

Experience in POS, payments, SaaS, telecom, or retail/hospitality

Experience with any CRM (HubSpot preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits Total Targeted Cash:

$63,000–$100,000

(Base salary + uncapped commission + benefits + incentives)
