This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting critical facility systems, supporting cleanroom operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform and oversee contractors performing **predictive and preventive maintenance** on facility systems to maximize uptime.* Monitor, troubleshoot, document, and support maintenance activities for **wastewater treatment systems** and **DI water systems**.* Support staff in monitoring and managing **cleanroom performance** according to specifications set by Manufacturing and Facilities departments.* Utilize the **Building Automation System (BAS)** to monitor facility equipment and systems, correct malfunctions, and implement necessary changes.* Perform maintenance and repairs on **building equipment**, including **HVAC and plumbing systems**.* Read and interpret **operation and maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, engineering sketches, diagrams**, and other technical drawings to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.* Serve as a member of the **emergency response team**.* Ensure all work complies with **industry standards, applicable codes, regulations, and company directives** related to building operations, chemical handling, and safe work practices.* Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and vendor information.* Collect, handle, label, and oversee **hazardous and universal waste** in designated areas per regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain current training certifications.* Complete **Facilities Work Orders** as assigned.* Work safely in **Semiconductor FAB and laboratory environments**, which include hazardous equipment, energies, chemicals, magnetic fields, and radiation sources (note: magnetic fields may affect pacemakers).* Perform other duties as assigned.**Skills:**Building Maintenance Management, Commercial HVAC Systems, Equipment Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, HVAC Controls, HVAC Control Systems, HVAC Equipment, HVAC Installations, HVAC Maintenance, HVAC Mechanical, HVAC Repair, HVAC Services, HVAC Software, HVAC Systems, Maintenance Planning, Scheduled Maintenance, Site Maintenance, Utility Maintenance, Wastewater Treatment**Education & Experience:**Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience| Required**Pay Range:**$30.95 - $40.64**Pay Range Explained:**This role in Livermore, California pays between $30.95 and $40.64 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
