The individual in this position must work closely with the management team in achieving objectives; accept full accountability assignments and day-to-day department responsibility; must be a team player; Ensure compliance with all human resource and safety policies food safety sanitation and all other duties as determined by management.REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of production operations and techniques; food safety; product yields and USDA regulations in a food manufacturing environment;
1 year of supervisory experience preferredComputer Skills: Basic computer skills.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
