PMG Project Management, LLC is seeking a seasoned Document Controls Specialist with over 15 years of experience to support a high-profile healthcare construction project. This position is based in Austin, Texas, and offers the opportunity to contribute to transformative healthcare infrastructure for public and private sector clients. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, meeting minutes, change orders, and contracts Ensure timely distribution, tracking, and archiving of documents across stakeholders Use construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or e-Builder) to maintain up-to-date records Support compliance with project-specific and regulatory documentation requirements Collaborate with the project manager, construction team, design professionals, and client representatives Prepare reports and logs as needed for project controls and executive updates Qualifications
15+ years of experience in document control for construction or engineering projects (healthcare preferred) Strong proficiency with digital document control systems and file management protocols Experience with construction project software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platform Excellent organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to document integrity Associate degree or higher preferred (or equivalent professional experience) Competitive salary based on experience and industry benchmarks.
