Warehouse Associate – Amityville, NY Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time Warehouse Associate for our client, one of the world’s leading equipment and manufacturing companies, at its location in Amityville, New York.
This assignment is paying $12.92 per hour and tentatively starts January 2017.
The Warehouse Associate will help prepare totes for our freezers and refrigerators. They will be responsible for taking old ice out of old totes and replacing it with new ice into the totes. They will be responsible for making ice and will have to deal with cold temps. You will not have to work in freezer, but will walk in and out of one. Proper Attire is provided.
Terms of Assignment Hours of assignment 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Length of assignment 6 months assignment could be extended past 6 months expected over time.
Qualifications
Ability to operate power equipment i.e. reach trucks, picker machines
Basic computer skills to operate RF scanner
2+ years of warehouse experience and basic math skills
