Position Overview
Invictus is seeking an experienced Campaign Analytics Manager to lead advanced analytics supporting credit card marketing, offer segmentation, and campaign performance optimization. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights that drive profitable portfolio growth through data driven decision making.
The Campaign Analytics Manager will manage complex marketing analytics initiatives across existing and prospective cardholder populations, working closely with risk, finance, and business stakeholders. This role is highly analytical, business facing, and central to shaping segmented offer strategies, usage growth, and retention performance.
This is a hybrid role based in Omaha, Nebraska, initially structured as a 1099 engagement with the opportunity to convert to a full time W2 position after six months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute analytics supporting segmented credit card offer and campaign strategies
Manage complex data programming and analysis to identify profitable customer and prospect segments
Analyze behavioral, demographic, credit risk, and third-party data to support targeting decisions
Design and evaluate marketing tests and test and learn strategies across the cardholder lifecycle
Partner with leadership to assess and refine strategies aimed at increasing card usage and retention
Evaluate and enhance statistical models developed by vendors or internal teams
Develop independent engagement models and scorecards supporting spend, retention, pricing, and targeting
Monitor and validate model performance in alignment with governance standards
Build sophisticated SQL queries to identify underperforming segments and optimize campaign universes
Support campaign performance analysis across direct mail, digital, mobile, call center, branch, and statement channels
Develop financial and profitability models to evaluate performance by segment, vintage, and product
Support development of account and product level P and L analysis for portfolio management
Interpret analytical results and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to decision makers
Collaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, and other teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
Minimum of five years of experience supporting credit card or consumer lending analytics within financial services
Experience spanning marketing analytics, performance evaluation, optimization, and business strategy
Minimum of three years of experience managing analytics projects or initiatives
Strong hands‑on expertise in SQL and Tableau with experience working on large datasets
Experience with Snowflake is preferred
Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis including A/B testing, regression, and time series forecasting
Knowledge of segmentation, predictive modeling, financial modeling, and analytical methodologies
Experience with model development, validation, and performance monitoring is preferred
Familiarity with datahousing and business intelligence platforms
