Participating in HSE programs as assigned.
Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance too with 6S Checklist.
Facilitating and leading AMO process development and continuous improvement.
Performing data analysis of KPI’s to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
Facilitating sharing of best practices across sites and leverages these for standardization.
Identifying cost-out opportunities and elevate to lead/supervisor/manager for review/implementation.
Overseeing to ensure inspection records, inspection logs, calibration of Equipment.
Working with Baker Hughes management system databases and systems (AMO Work Center, eProcedures, SAP, BHOS, etc.).
Monitoring the execution of the Manage the Maintenance Cycle QC activities, both “In-Process” and “Final QC”.
Participating in quality audits, material review boards, kaizens or root cause analysis.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a technical degree or higher
Have 0-2 years of experience in production & service environment
Have relevant Industry experience with excellent mechanical aptitude.
Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Have basic computer skills.
Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
Have Lean Six Sigma experience (preferred)
