This role will focus on improving processes, supporting day-to-day activities, and creating reports that help these teams operate smoothly and accurately. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and making a real impact on operational efficiency, this is the role for you.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as an internal process auditor for shipping and receiving operations, identifying gaps and recommending improvements without disrupting workflows.* Provide daily support to shipping and receiving teams, ensuring accuracy in transactions and compliance with established procedures.* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor shipping/receiving performance, discrepancies, and key metrics.* Own process improvement initiatives for shipping and receiving, from identifying opportunities to driving implementation in collaboration with management.* Assist in training recommendations and best practice documentation for shipping and receiving staff.* Collaborate with inventory control and other departments to ensure seamless integration of shipping/receiving processes with overall inventory management.* Support cycle counting and inventory integrity as needed (approximately 20–30% of role).* Prepare for and assist with internal audits and external audit readiness related to shipping and receiving.* Maintain compliance with ERP, WMS, and corporate standards for data accuracy and reporting.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 1+ year of experience in materials, inventory, shipping, or receiving preferred; manufacturing/warehouse experience is a strong plus.* Proficiency in ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Excel; experience with large data sets and reporting tools is highly desirable.* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.MF15**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans* Life Insurance* Short-term and Long-term Disability* Matching 401(k) Contributions* Vacation and Paid Sick Time* Tuition ReimbursementPay Range (Applicable to Illinois)### ### $54,600.00 USD - $75,100.00 USD Annual## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
