If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary**Principle Accountabilities:*** Work Hours: 2nd Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Rotating* Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the line’s success.* Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality.* Lead a team of up to 12 people (e.g. machine operators, Quality and Materials team members), to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.* Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.* Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.* Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.* May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.* Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.* Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.* Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.* Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.* Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.* Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.**Requirements:**Education: Bachelor’s Degree optional/idealRequired Work Experience:* 1 year, minimum, work experience with assembly lines, which must include experience leading people (at least 3 to 4 people, minimum) and disciplinary actions.* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (v lookups and pivots exp ideal/optional) and giving PowerPoint presentations.* Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and be willing and able to do a lot of walking, standing, etc. onsite at the plant.**Ideal/Optional Work Experience:**Above work experience from highly regulated manufacturing companies (e.g. automotive, food & beverage, and/or medical devices, etc.), idea**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans* Life Insurance* Short-term and Long-term Disability* Matching 401(k) Contributions* Vacation and Paid Sick Time* Tuition ReimbursementPay Range (Applicable to Illinois)### ### $58,000.00 USD - $79,700.00 USD Annual## ## Job CategoryOperations## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
