Job Overview Coxco General Contractors Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our residential restoration and remodeling projects. Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential restoration and remodeling projects simultaneously
Serve as the primary contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
Oversee adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes
Monitor budgets, material usage, and labor productivity
Conduct routine site visits to ensure safety, quality, and project progress
Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays or rework
Maintain clear records of project updates, change orders, and communications
Ensure all work meets Coxco’s standards of professionalism and craftsmanship
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in residential construction—restoration and remodeling preferred
Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
Experience with Xactimate is a strong plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and best practices
Ability to lead crews, resolve field issues, and manage vendors
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site travel
