With EOS and fractional integrator support in place, they’re ready to bring on a hands‑on, process‑minded leader who can take operations to the next level.

Role Overview As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, alignment, and execution across the field team and internal stakeholders. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, clients stay happy, and every moving part—from warehouse to technicians—is clicking together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Oversee field operations from scheduling to installation completion
Team Leadership: Hold technicians accountable, drive engagement, and resolve bottlenecks
Process Optimization: Implement and refine SOPs across all functions
Vendor & Inventory Oversight: Partner with warehouse lead to ensure material readiness
Client Escalations: Act as the calm, confident point of contact during escalations
Collaboration: Align with fractional integrator, finance, and sales to hit strategic targets
Accountability Culture: Be the person people go to — and are held accountable by
Operational KPIs: Monitor job timelines, efficiency metrics, and crew utilization
Tech Forward: Seek tools and systems that improve tracking, forecasting, and margin
Have 3+ years in AV operations, project management , or field leadership
Can balance process and people — you see the big picture but love the details
Have experience managing crews and holding teams accountable
Are highly organized and love building systems that drive efficiency
Can confidently manage client communication, scheduling, and job closeouts
Want to be part of a company that respects your ideas and needs your leadership
Are motivated to help a company scale sustainably and profitably
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 , depending on experience
