Position Summary A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

Manage store crew: assign tasks, direct work, and follow up on activities.

Effectively communicate information between store management and crew.

Deliver excellent customer service: assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promote a positive shopping experience, and uphold customer/patient confidentiality.

Maintain merchandise and presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following POGs.

Required Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.

Advanced communication and supervision skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and response to urgent store issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a retail supervisor.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred, but Not Required.

Pay Range: $19.26 - $28.81
