Description Team Fishel , the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Underground Electric Foremen at our Roanoke, TX office (DFW area). The Foreman will be responsible for assisting the supervisor and leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.
Responsibilities
Provides leadership and guidance for crews
Ensures accuracy of time sheets and expense reports
Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards
Ensures safety practices are observed by all Teammates
Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
May work independently performing site surveys for estimates or quality assurance
Requirements & Qualifications
Demonstrated underground electrical distribution construction experience
Must have previous experience working from blueprints, and specifications
