Senior Quality Process Engineer

to join our team!

The

Senior Quality Process Engineer

is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with Corporate Quality Standards and Tools, coordinating all Quality activities for NAO plants, and serving as the first level of alert and escalation management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, follow up, and support Quality standards and tools in NAO plants for the Americas region.

Ensure documentation and tools meet IATF 16949, customer, and MSAS requirements.

Monitor plant KPIs, support performance improvement, and manage claims, reports, and systemic actions.

Analyze and track Non-Quality Costs (scrap, penalties, temporary walls).

Roll out and track Quality Fundamentals, implement standards in new projects, and set reaction plans.

Conduct training, audits, workshops, and ensure customer complaint implementation.

Validate consistent application of standards, integrate lessons learned, and support quality awareness.

Consolidate regional data for KPI reporting, perform internal audits, and govern global escalations.

Drive continuous improvement in safety, environment, processes, and compliance with VDA, IATF, ISO 14001.

Qualifications

Multiple years of professional work experience in engineering.

IATF 16949 Internal Auditor; VDA 6.3 process audit knowledge.

Expertise in product safety, conformity, and customer-specific requirements.

Skilled in Core Tools, APQP (MSAS PMS), GD&T, capacity management.

Multi-site management and customer relationship experience.

Strong in problem-solving, risk analysis, and manufacturing process knowledge.
