Role Overview FT Assistant Store Manager

– a key leadership partner to the GM/AGM driving a high‑performance retail environment, customer experience, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to set and achieve store sales and service goals.

Develop and maintain staff selling and service skills, and lead by example.

Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless, customer‑centric experience.

Monitor sales metrics and team performance, holding staff accountable to excellence standards.

Build and nurture a world‑class talent team focused on growth and success.

Participate in Retail Excellence Programs (Styling, Coaching, Brand Ambassador, etc.) to support staff development.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related preferred).

2‑4 years of management experience in a luxury or high‑service environment.

Prior managerial experience is a plus.

Proven track record of sales and operational success.

Flexible availability to meet business needs, including nights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (lift, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, etc.).

Compensation USD 23.00 – 23.00 hourly (subject to experience and location).
