Overview Our Crew Managers enjoy a unique blend of leadership and hands‑on duties. Your day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle.
Responsibilities
Organization of staff shifts
Cash handling and register management
Inventory oversight
Customer service and satisfaction supervision
Team motivation and leadership
Order preparation and preparation equipment operation
Sanitation maintenance
General store operations
Compensation $19.50 - $24.90 per hour. Competitive weekly pay with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
Annual holiday bonus (dependent on company financials).

1+ years of food service or management experience
Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift & lift 30‑50 lbs repeatedly

Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
