Location & Work Schedule New Brighton, Minnesota. On site Monday‑Friday, full‑time.
Responsibilities
Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end‑user help requests.
Use diagnostic and help‑request tracking tools; provide in‑person, hands‑on desktop support.
Respond to hardware and software problems, including email, MS Teams, and other Microsoft Office products.
Troubleshoot user computing issues related to IT‑supported hardware or applications.
Manage printers and print queue, imaging, and new computer setups.
Identify potential cyber security issues and provide networked computer support.
Change domain passwords; set up IT equipment; administer onboarding and off‑boarding for employees and contractors.
Qualifications
Previous IT and end‑user support experience.
Strong knowledge of email, MS Teams, and other Microsoft Office products.
Experience troubleshooting user computing issues with supported hardware or applications.
