Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist
Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support the Rental Division. The role involves verifying garments and bulk products—including shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels—are accurately organized into laundry bags; weighing each bag and confirming weight parameters for the material type; and using equipment to send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates must maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to quantity and quality standards.
Work Eligibility
Authorized to work in the U.S.
18 years of age or older.
Work Expectations
Adhere to attendance policy.
Work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
Manage fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
Communicate frequently with others to complete work activities.
Handle soiled or pungently odorous materials with appropriate protective equipment.
Physical Qualifications
Require standing for most of the shift.
Require lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.
