Assist all customers who need vehicle service Set all service appointments and follow up with customers who have not serviced in some time Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management Develop, motivate, coach, and lead the team to success with positive reinforcement Utilize CRM tracking system daily Answer customer calls and establish follow‑up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Requirements
At least one previous role based in business development Dealership experience required Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve Prompt and courteous demeanor Leadership skills required Positive and hardworking personality Strong computer skills Company Information
