Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, creative, and consultative sales professional who is passionate about improving healthcare. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a high-impact role responsible for the development and qualification of sales leads and driving pipeline growth for our solutions. This experienced BDR will be a critical bridge between our sales and marketing teams, supporting the front‑end process of the sales cycle. You will execute high‑impact, multi‑channel (email, LinkedIn, phone) outbound strategies, follow up on marketing‑generated leads, initiate cold calls, and nurture relationships to convert interest into qualified opportunities and meetings for the sales team.
Essential Functions
Execute targeted, personalized outreach to key decision‑makers, incl. C‑level prospects, using telephone, e‑mail, and LinkedIn.
Conduct in‑depth research and profile key accounts to inform account‑based messaging strategies.
Use strong verbal communication skills to engage contacts with strategic value propositions.
Develop and spearhead lead‑generation campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
Qualify leads, overcome objections, and move decision‑makers to qualified opportunities, including scheduling demos.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust messaging to improve results.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine processes and coordinate.
Maintain detailed documentation of all activities in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales development software.
Achieve daily activity targets and report weekly and quarterly outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare technology.
Track record of achieving sales targets.
Direct cold‑calling, lead qualification, and appointment‑setting experience.
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot a plus.
Education
– Four‑year Bachelor’s Degree required.
Physical Capabilities
