We are seeking a Sales Executive with freight knowledge and a converting book of business. This role focuses on driving new revenue and expanding customer relationships using a platform that removes obstacles and rewards performance. This is an in person position in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

What You’ll Do
Generate new business across TL, LTL, Temp‑Controlled, and Flatbed
Prospect, close, and grow shipper accounts
Develop customized pricing and logistics solutions
Serve as the primary customer contact and manage relationships
Partner with operations to ensure reliable, on‑time service
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecast
Travel for key customer meetings as needed
What We’re Looking For
4–5+ years of logistics or transportation sales experience
Experience in 3PL and/or asset‑based trucking
Proven, converting book of business
Strong understanding of freight and end‑to‑end logistics
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Uncapped commission
High performers earn increased flexibility, including remote options over time
