Customer Care Representative – Call Center
Join Greensboro Auto Auction, the South's leading independent, dealer exclusive auto auction. We are a locally owned and operated company based in Greensboro, North Carolina, comprising three facilities on over 260 acres. We are recruiting a Customer Care Representative. Duties
Communicate sale information to dealers and buyers in an inviting manner.
Secure attendance response from the dealer/buyer.
Provide support for hotel reservations, pick‑up requests, literature requests or any other assistance a dealer/buyer might need before, during, or after a sale.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages.
Assist dealers with our website, electronic checkout and general sales information.
Log all conversations and outcomes into the CRM system with attention to detail.
Support other teams with various administrative tasks in a team environment.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patience and professionalism.
Work efficiently in a fast‑pace environment, staying organized and reliable while prioritizing and multitasking.
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Experience in customer service.
Learn and retain knowledge of most aspects of GAA to answer dealer questions quickly and thoroughly.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AS‑400.
Self‑starter who follows through until the end of a process.
Some title experience and/or college education preferred.
Bilingual a plus!
