The fulfillment team picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Typical Responsibilities:
Model and coach a guest‑first service culture.
Lead team to meet fulfillment goals and support sales growth.
Use workload planning tools to ensure all schedules and orders are met.
Review fulfillment reports and address gaps.
Create daily plans and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
Oversee pickup and ship‑from‑store operations.
Recommend and onboard talent to build a guest‑centric team.
Set goals on quality, accuracy, and timeliness; hold team accountable.
Work flexible schedule: early morning, evening, weekends, holidays.
Order supplies timely and in partnership with leadership.
Follow safe and secure training, maintain safety culture.
Model physical security processes and support merchandise protection.
Respond to emergency and compliance needs.
Provide guest services like back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, drive‑up.
Engage warmly with guests and assist as needed.
Thank guests and reinforce goodwill.
Perform other duties as needed.
Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Preferred previous retail experience, not required.
Leadership and accountability skills.
Adaptability to technology.
Teamwork and independent work ability.
Strong communication and welcoming attitude.
Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 100 lbs.
Comfort using hand scanners, radios, and security devices.
