Base pay range $100.00/hr - $128.00/hr
What You’ll Do
Strategic Program Leadership: Drive and review program goals, translate stakeholder needs into prioritized deliverables, define roadmaps, and make critical decisions on deliverable prioritization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, manage expectations, foster partnerships, and deliver effective communications to diverse audiences.
Process Excellence & Optimization: Establish, track, and optimize processes, ensuring compliance and accountability. Identify automation opportunities and implement improvements to drive efficiency.
Project Execution & Risk Management: Oversee execution, identify and assess risks, monitor their evolution, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct deep dives and analyses to generate insights and provide strategic, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Objective & Key Results (OKR) Ownership: Develop and refine OKRs across multiple programs, driving and reporting progress to organizational and executive leaders.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Create documentation outlining solution scope, design, deliverables, and management processes. Lead post-implementation reviews, gather feedback, and propose enhancements.
Vision & Collaboration: Establish and drive program vision and objectives. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand challenges, define goals, and evaluate cross-functional impacts.
