Commissioning Manager - Power We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning process of power projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical teams, ensure project success, and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in power plant commissioning, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the commissioning activities for power generation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in alignment with project timelines and specifications.

Manage and supervise commissioning teams, including technical staff and contractors.

Conduct inspections, tests, and validations to verify that systems and equipment operate according to design and safety standards.

Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process.

Prepare and present commissioning reports, documentation, and handover packages to stakeholders.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or quality issues.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in commissioning power plants, including thermal, hydro, or renewable energy facilities.

Strong understanding of power plant systems, control systems, and electrical/mechanical equipment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Proficiency in project management tools and commissioning software.
