What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee logistics and service coordination for 150+ pieces of equipment at live events
Serve as the primary on-site contact, managing labor crews and ensuring customer satisfaction
Conduct site visits and advance assessments for event readiness
Lead on-site safety protocols and daily operation meetings
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical issues during events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing on-site production for live events or similar
Strong understanding of event logistics and site operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret site plans and production schedules
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules
CPR/First Aid certification and OSHA 10 certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the equipment rental industry
Familiarity with Sunbelt systems
Valid driver’s license and passport strongly encouraged
