Project Manager – Dematic
Dematic is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects of significant scale in terms of complexity, cost, time, staffing, and equipment. In this role, you will provide direction to the project team, assign responsibilities, and manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget. What You Will Do
Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies. Analyze project profitability forecasts and ensure accurate invoicing. Lead pre‑sales efforts applying Project Management Practices. Define and demonstrate equipment, subsystem, and system performance criteria. Develop detailed project schedules including engineering, installation, integration, and stakeholder milestones. Apply systems engineering principles in project execution and pre‑sales solution development. Develop proposals, estimates, and high‑level schedules. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (preferred). Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in the material handling industry. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong Project Management background and leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Benefits
