Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor – Full Time
Saint Joe’s Residential Program, Sharonville, OH.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | Standby every 3rd weekend
What You’ll Do
Providing compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in a residential setting
Leading, mentoring, and training DSPs, Leads, and volunteers
Assisting with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations
Ensuring all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time
Delegating tasks and maintaining smooth operations during your shift
Supporting residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
Maintaining documentation and upholding agency policies
Promoting a safe, supportive, and home‑like environment
What You Bring
18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field
1+ year of leadership experience
Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) + proof of insurance
Willingness to drive agency vehicles
Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment
CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire)
