OPERATIONS - ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
NSA Storage is looking for a highly motivated, goal‑focused, customer‑oriented team member to help manage day‑to‑day operations and deliver exceptional service.
Job Details
Salary: $14.00 – $15.50 per hour
Store Address: 5110 NW 10th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73127
Essential Duties
Independently manage daily property operations.
Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits per company policies.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, focusing on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
Job Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask.
Experience in sales.
Physical Requirements
Conduct property walks often during shifts.
Spend about 50% of time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
Average Day: Start by preparing for opening—ensuring everything is clean, the cash drawer is counted, and conducting a property walk‑through. Throughout the day, assist customers, handle rental agreements, process payments, and address concerns. Perform regular inspections and maintenance, and engage in virtual meetings or training. End the day with closing procedures, ensuring the property is secure. Five days a week, no Sundays, with a finish time by 6 PM.
