Supply Chain Management Analyst Level 3 – Boeing

We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to join our Advanced Metal Structures (AMS) / Integrated Aero Structures (IAS) team in Auburn, Washington. This position is expected to be 100% onsite and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. The role also requires participation in an on‑call weekend rotation. Position Responsibilities
Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. Analyze complex material requirements. Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan. Determine part number attributes. Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability. Ensure on‑time delivery. Document and resolve order delinquencies. Report schedule adherence issues. Develop and control inventory plans. Optimize inventory levels. Analyze and disposition excess inventories. Initiate audits. Develop and create schedules for products and services. Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals. Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance. Access database proficiency and use of Tableau is highly desired. Work under general direction. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management. 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting. 3+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials. 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management. Typical Education / Experience
Mid‑Level (Level 3): Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred but not required. Drug Free Workplace
