Position Summary Oversees all inventory operations from material receiving to issuance, ensuring optimal stock levels, accuracy, and flow to production. Responsible for supervising warehouse, receiving, and inventory control staff while integrating data and processes with NetSuite ERP.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
Implement and maintain bin system, ABC classification, and cycle counts.
Supervise receiving, QC, and inventory teams; assign daily priorities.
Approve material transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Monitor inventory KPIs: accuracy %, stockouts, turnover, and variance.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and accounting for WIP costing.
Lead continuous improvement in storage layout, processes, and controls.
Ensure safety compliance and efficient warehouse space utilization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in manufacturing inventory management.
Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
Leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
