We are partnering with a well‑established, growing custom flavor and ingredient manufacturer to hire a Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Manager focused on raw materials for food applications.
This role works closely with Operations, R&D, and Production and plays a key role in keeping materials flowing in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Own sourcing for raw materials used in flavors and ingredients.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and agreements.
Support production and innovation teams.
Use MRP or ERP systems to forecast demand, manage inventory, and stay ahead of market changes that could impact supply.
Qualifications
5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in flavors, ingredients, or food manufacturing.
Comfortable working with suppliers and collaborating across teams.
Hands‑on work with real ownership and onsite onboarding.
Ability to work in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
