How We LEAD The Manager, Global E-Commerce & Physical Distribution will oversee international e-commerce marketing activity and global physical distribution across priority releases and campaigns. This role will partner closely with U.S. and international teams, artist management, and label stakeholders to drive effective global e-commerce strategies, optimize store performance, manage inventory, and deliver world-class commercial campaigns.

Global Campaign & Marketing Management

Coordinate and manage international campaign activity across setup, strategy, creative, and execution.

Develop and support global e-commerce marketing plans, including product positioning, audience targeting, promotional calendars, and performance benchmarks.

Collaborate with markets on implementing digital marketing tactics — including email, CRM segmentation, paid media alignment, influencer initiatives, social amplification, and on‑site merchandising strategies.

Ensure global storefronts and product pages reflect best‑in‑class e-commerce marketing standards, including optimized copy, imagery, pricing, and UX.

Support the creation of promotional moments (pre‑orders, bundles, exclusives, limited editions) to drive traffic and conversions across territories.

Market Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Ensure all international markets have appropriate assets, templates, creative materials, and toolkits for e‑commerce marketing and campaign execution.

Work collaboratively with the REPUBLIC Collective U.S. eCommerce team, global marketing, U.S. marketing, creative, production, and CRM teams to align on strategy and campaign performance.

Work directly with management teams on international‑specific e‑commerce plans, marketing initiatives, and campaign rollouts.

Store Operations, Merchandising & Inventory Management

Partner with local markets on store merchandising, promotional updates, product launches, and overall store maintenance.

Manage and monitor stock levels across markets, ensuring adequate inventory and coordinating replenishment needs.

Liaise with production, logistics, and distribution partners to ensure timely delivery and availability of products for international campaigns.

Use analytics to guide store optimization, identify top‑performing SKUs, and capitalize on sales opportunities.

International Market Expertise

Maintain a deep understanding of territorial nuances, including chart rules, reporting requirements, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape across global markets.

Advise markets on best practices for e‑commerce marketing, chart eligibility, and campaign compliance.

Reporting & Insights

Provide comprehensive reporting following campaign launches, including performance analysis, sales insights, marketing metrics, and territory performance highlights.

Share insights internally and externally with markets, label teams, and artist management to inform ongoing strategy.

Contribute to post‑campaign reviews with actionable recommendations based on data and performance trends.

Qualifications

3–5+ years experience within music (or entertainment); experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, global marketing, or commercial operations preferred.

Strong understanding of D2C marketing tactics (email, paid media partnerships, segmentation, promotional strategy).

Solid knowledge of physical distribution, production timelines, and global logistics.

Experience collaborating with international teams and managing multi‑market campaigns.

Excellent communication, time management, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Proficiency in analytics tools, e‑commerce platforms/CMS, and marketing dashboards.

Passion for music, consumer behavior, and e‑commerce innovation.

Preferred Skills

Experience in commerce/c‑commerce; understanding of global market campaign planning.

Experience developing coordinated multi‑territory e‑commerce marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Understanding of CRM segmentation, retention tactics, and email performance optimization.

Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and support compelling marketing concepts.

Must thrive in a fast‑paced environment and excel at cross‑functional communication, project management, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Salary Range $49,410 – $116,245 (actual base salary depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location).
