Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing business metrics and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency across all store processes. Leveraging creative expertise, they update floorsets, make styling recommendations and deepen product knowledge. As talent leaders, they manage recruiting, training, engagement and development, and are expected to bring their best selves each day. What You’ll Do
Lead the customer experience and drive sales.
Oversee omni‑channel fulfillment operations.
Maintain store presentation and supervise the sales floor.
Manage store and stockroom operations.
Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
Provide training and development to staff.
Facilitate communication across teams.
Protect assets and manage loss prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
Team‑building skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‑starter with adaptability and flexibility.
Experience in multi‑tasking.
