Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Greer, SC
Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor candidates for our Greer, SC distribution operation supporting a major automotive manufacturer in the area.
Base Pay Range $60,000 – $75,000 per year
This range is provided by Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Our operation supports a full range of value‑added services. We manage a cross‑dock and warehouse facility which encompasses picking, packing, storage, and shipping of automotive parts and equipment. The facility ships to dealers, warehouses, and distribution centers, including direct to the assembly line in a Just‑in‑Time (JIT) capacity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Problem‑solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
A competitive and career‑oriented mindset
0‑5 years supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment
Responsibilities
Management of inventory and material flow
Quality and safety compliance management involving company policies and procedures
Interaction with the customer on a daily basis, ensuring customer satisfaction
Production of various reports related to quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
Act as a liaison between the company and customers, forming and maintaining positive relationships
Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or General Manager
