Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay current with industry best practices and trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR consulting or a related role
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
