Walmart Retail Specialist
– Acosta Group (Premium)
Location Orlando, Florida 32819
Employment Type Part-time
Pay Rate $14.00 per hour (actual pay may vary based on skills and experience). Acosta Group, in good faith, believes the posted pay range is accurate at the time of posting but may pay more or less depending on qualifications and location.
Responsibilities
Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms and place products on the floor.
Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
Front‑face products to display shelves at their best.
Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and deliver them to the store.
Install and place promotional materials according to instructions so Premium’s clients stand out.
Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
Represent Premium and its clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone and text.
Tools & Requirements
Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in your area.
Smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Report work on the same day you complete it.
Success Factors
Own your store(s) and be the face of Premium for Walmart clients.
Work independently while acting as an extension of the Walmart family.
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers and Premium team members.
Leverage support and share best practices via national closed social media groups and other channels.
Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with in‑store challenges.
Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions closely.
