Job Summary:
We are growing again! The C. Harper Auto Group is looking for a qualified applicant for an Automotive Warranty Administrator. This qualified applicant must have a previous working knowledge and functional background dealing with auto manufacturers' warranty submission practices. Automotive dealership experience is required.

Responsibilities
Process warranty claims efficiently
Verify criteria required by manufacturer
Correct errors and post credits using CDK
Follow up with manufacturers regarding pending claims
Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Identify problems within a repair submission and correct them with assistance
A working knowledge of automotive parts and a minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Professional personal appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license required
