Delivery Specialist - Hub
O'Reilly Auto Parts
Compensation Pay range: $16.50 – $24.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance premiums and other specific compensation.
Responsibilities
Deliver parts and/or products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers safely and efficiently.
Drive the company vehicle on assigned routes, holding a legal state driver's license and meeting company driving eligibility requirements.
Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop, delivering to the appropriate store.
Maintain a daily city route manifest.
Secure the fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys; be familiar with accident report guidelines.
Ensure a designated store team member verifies invoices and signs the route manifest. Report any delays to the city delivery supervisor or remaining stores.
Project a professional image and maintain good customer relations. Communicate store problems or special needs to store management.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating.
Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to the store manager; keep the fuel tank full, lock and secure the vehicle at the end of the day, and drive safely and defensively.
Qualifications
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point record system.
Desired :
Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired.
