Job Description:
The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials, components, and finished products. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping inventory, while maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to safety procedures, and supporting production schedules.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2+ years of warehouse logistics roles, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment
Basic computer skills; experience with WMS or ERP system
Ability to read and interpret work orders, part numbers, and inventory documents
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Math proficiency and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, push/pull systems, and stand for extended periods of time
Familiarity with ESD safety compliance and pallet jack safety standards.
