What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support, create, and improve the Sales Onboarding program, including scheduling sessions and managing content updates

Oversee new hire training experiences, partnering with team leads to identify enablement needs

Build and execute ongoing training programs to address skill gaps and improve sales performance

Track training milestones and analyze data on program effectiveness

Assist in organizing and delivering live training sessions virtually, ensuring a seamless learning experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

1+ years of project management experience in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment

Proven ability to build and scale training programs that contribute to revenue growth

Strong organizational skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams

Engaging facilitation and presentation skills for managing various training formats

Proficiency in reporting tools, and fluent written and spoken English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or any LMS

Experience with Salesforce, Docebo, or similar tools

Ability to track, measure, and report on training program success at an executive level
