Dedicated Fleet Manager – Phoenix, AZ
We are hiring for a Dedicated Fleet Manager in Phoenix. Your primary responsibilities will include managing driver performance, serving as the main communication link to drivers, and working to achieve optimum driver and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and evaluate driver performance in identified categories.
Act as drivers’ supervisor/representative in Operations.
Maintain open communication lines with drivers to ensure clarity and responsiveness.
Collaborate with the operations team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Compensation
Salary: $65,600.00 – $109,300.00 (full‑time)
